To kick off 2017, our CEO issued a challenge to all Regional and District Directors to create a list of 10 enhancements or changes along with viable solutions they would like to see made to our current point of sale system. Our CEO is constantly raising the bar on how the technology we deploy impacts our team members and our customers. His focus for this new year is to keep improving the technologies we currently have in place to make our team members’ jobs more efficient and allow them to better serve our customers.
So the challenge was made. And the pot was sweetened with a bonus for the Director who submitted the best collective ideas and solutions- they would receive a check for $5,000! What a sweet deal!

In fact, we received so many innovative responses, that we also awarded the finalists with gift cards! Congratulations to the second runner up, Omar Bustios a District Director- California and to the following Honorable Mention finalists: Marlon Canas, Regional Director- Arizona; Brenda Valencia, District Director- Arizona; Joseph Trella, District Director- Arizona; and Dickson Sipemba, District Director- Texas.
For our teams, innovative ideas usually begin with, “How can we make this better?” That one question leads to a convergence of ideas that come to life through bold thinking and collaboration. We like to pull from all of our resources, especially those who use our systems every day, to infuse a range of perspectives, knowledge, and insights to push the limits on some of our biggest challenges.
