We are very excited to be celebrating National Mentoring Month! Inaugurated in 2002, this designation was assigned to promote mentoring in the US and to the positive effects it can have on our lives, both personally and professionally! We know the value of a great mentor and that is why we hold the TEAM UP Mentorship program in such high regard within the Company!
In preparation for the official kick-off on January 11th, we will begin by celebrating “I am a Mentor” Day with a social media campaign. We are asking all of our TEAM UP Mentors to begin thinking of the ways that mentorship has impacted their life and to shout out their mentees on social media using the hashtags #IAmAMentor #MyMentee. There will also be a fun Twitter poll going out so that we can get an idea of your mentoring goals for the year.
We’ve have a lot of exciting things planned so stay tuned and keep checking our website and our social media channels as we celebrate mentorship this month! And as always, remember to Like. Share. Hashtag. Repeat!
