Most teenagers and parents have plenty of things on their mind other than having enough money to buy school supplies, such as family, bills, and general life problems. As a corporate employee, I really wanted to see the front-line processes of our organization and learn about the day-to-day store activities. Throughout the visit, I was able to see the customer onboarding process, vehicle appraisals using the ACV tool, payment transactions, and collections activity.
